Shri Nageshwar Jyotirlinga is a special temple in Dwarka, Gujarat. It's one of the 12 important Shiva temples in India. People also call it Naganath Temple or Nageshwar Mahadev.

The temple has a big statue of Lord Shiva. It's 80 feet tall and made from a special stone from Dwarka. The statue faces south, which is unusual for temples. The temple itself faces east.

The temple looks like a sleeping person. The main gate is like the hands, the prayer hall is like the chest and belly, and the inner room where the god's statue is kept is like the head.

People believe that praying here can help them overcome problems and stay away from bad things in life.

There's an old story about this temple. Long ago, there were two mean demons named Daruka and Daruki. They caught some people who loved Lord Shiva. These people started praying to Shiva for help. Shiva heard them and came out of the ground as a special stone called a Linga. He protected his followers and became known as Nageshwar.
