Dwaraka Tirumala Temple is located in Andhra Pradesh near Eluru. This temple has been named ‘Dwaraka Tirumala’ after a great saint ‘Dwaraka’ who located the idol of sri venkateshwara after penance.

Also known as Chinna Tirupati is a famous temple since ancient times. The temple has two idols under one roof, where one idol is a complete statue of Lord that has been installed by the saints while the other is only the uppermost part of Lord that has been self-manifested by sage Dwaraka.

The Tiru kalyanotsavam is held twice in the year separately for both the statues. For self-manifested idol it is celebrated in the month of vaisakhaa, while for the installed idol in the month of Aswayujaa.
